Honestly, the taste was so different from Punggol Settlement I had sometime ago.
Quite disappointed with the tate and quantity too.

โ โ โ โ โ After browsing through menu, scan the QR code provided to login for ordering. Ordering process was easy and fast, just choose what you want to order. White beehoon small portion, $7 add on egg $1. Just 2 prawns and few cuttlefish slices. Taste wise is tasty as beehoon with the gravy is taste well. And like with more egg to go with the beehoon but actually should not choose to add on should order normal then can see was the egg portion goes well with the beehoon or not. Ice Oolong tea $3. Just wondering, how come it doesn't have any hot Chinese tea or hot green tea. It do have Ice Oolong tea in 1litre form in the Promotion category,my Ice Oolong tea is in this category. Service wise is fine. After Service Charge and GST paid $12.95.
Found some interesting display at the counter, it have few cars collection.

โ โ โ โ โ Have visited this restaurant a couple of times but after this visit I will never patronised this restaurant again.
Extremely disappointed with all its 3 signature dishes. It has fall below our expectation from our previous visits.
It's signature White beehoon (Large) was overcooked, soggy and disintegrated. It's large is only suitable for 2 pax.
It's signature Prawn Roll was over fried, too dried and tasteless.
It's signature Chicken Wings was miserably small and tasteless.
It's fried Rice was super oily.

โ โ โ โ โ Wait was long. The server gave a heads up that the kitchen was very short handed and needed 30 minutes to prepare the order. The actual wait was slightly shorter. Ordered the signature white bee hoon. The initial taste was bland but the flavor came in eventually. Overall flavor could be stronger. The yam ring was good. The fillings were tender and flavor was great. Qing long vegetable was average. Some places added bean sprouts for additional crunch and texture. In short, if one need to wait or queue for more than 15 minutes, I would not go for this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Whilst many go for the famed white beehoon, the mee goreng is my top choice whenever I visit this restaurant - and many of whom I shared this thought with agreed too!
Mee Goreng - albeit spicy, it really catches on with its flavour, throw in a couple of onions in the mix and itโs really a dish to savour for every meal ??
Scallops White Beehoon - tried this special edition during Motherโs Day, and was quite disappointed with the portion of it, essentially paying $3 for 2-3 more scallops..
Dried Hor Fun - this was pretty horrendous, a touch too much salt made this dish inedible..
The remaining of the dishes were all good, nothing outstanding but generally acceptable in their own ways. A standout similarity across all the dishes would be that itโs salty ?

โ โ โ โ โ Every since they franchised out, they lost the taste and the original intention of this food.
I use to eat at the main branch in Sembawang. The unique bee hoon sauce is what capture my taste bud. Even we have 4 pax. I would.order 4 separate plate instead of the big plates because the sauce will get lesser. I mean beehoon is one of the cheapest food in town. Why people wanna spent few thousand times just to eat your beehoon because your stall make it differently. No matter who copy it or cook it by themselves, they would say. White bee hoon is still the best.
For the price is no longer affordable to patronise it.
I give it 2 stars because their fried dishes still maintain its original taste. Should stop eating at these franchises for their bee hoon. Order other stuff ba.

โ โ โ โ โ Very mediocre place that supposedly specialises in white beehoon. Portions are on the smaller side. Food was decent and edible but not appetising and probably would not return. $90 for 3 pax for 5 dishes including a sambal lala not pictured. Can get better tzechar elsewhere. At least thereโs air conditioning and itโs in a mall I suppose. Have not tried the original store at sembawang but the branch here is definitely average.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited this place many times. I think this branch need to improve on the consistency of the bee hoon - sometimes had wok hey, sometimes didn't. It was my first time ordering the fried beancurd. On first look it was kind of disappointing as it looked so different from the menu pic. Well to my surprise it was crispy and good. Try to avoid peak hours as it gets long queue easily.
