β β β β β I went in for a toothache, after examine, the dentist said that there are bacteria build around the gum and teeth. We did an x-ray and clean up. And suggested I might need a few root canal on my teeth. I went back but the pain is worse after the cleaning. I went back again and did a few more x-ray and she suggested to do a root canal on my top molar tooth. I asked for a price and she said the receptionist will email me. Omg, I wonder is there a guideline from MOH on the pricing. Anyway, its way beyond my budget so I went to another dental my colleague recommended. After checking with a 3D microscope and further testing, it was my lower 2nd molar giving me the problem. Immediately I went for the root canal as the cost is reasonable. I wouldnβt recommend this Penn dental, the dentist is far inexperienced. My current dentist told me the cleaning done just 3 months ago is not thorough.

β β β β β Iβm a tourist from Hong Kong. I was having unbearable pain on my lower wisdom tooth last week. I thought my trip will end with tears until I have found Dr. Chrissie Lam. Sheβs the most gentle dentist Iβve ever met. She explained to me thoroughly of my condition and I felt very calm during the whole treatment. I finally felt relaxed after my wisdom tooth was extracted.
After knowing Iβm from Hong Kong and will be going back home soon, Dr. Lam asked the nurse to make an appointment for me with their Hong Kong branch for removing stitches. Thatβs really considerate of her.
Nurses of their clinic are also incredibly nice to patients. I received a follow up message from them to ensure that Iβm doing fine after the extraction.
Services they provide is satisfactory and it was the best dental experience I ever received. Five stars are not enough for Penn Pacific Dental Center. Theyβve made my trip ends with joy. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

β β β β β Best Dental experience ever! Dr. Lam and her staff are friendly, professional and efficient. My whole family and I have been her patients for many years. I was very impressed by the Dental officeβs high tech equipment and Dr. Lamβs dental skill. Highly recommend Dr. Lam if youβre looking for great dental works and care.

β β β β β Dr Yu has been our family dentist since 2014 when he established his first clinic in Hong Kong. He is friendly, patient, professional and very good with children. My girl is now 7 years old and sheβs happy to let Dr. Yu to do regular check up. I found Dr. Yu explained everything in detail and he made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. I was relocated to Singapore recently and I am very glad that he has opened his 2nd clinic in Singapore so I can always visit him whenever I need.

β β β β β Had been to a few different dental clinics for my dental treatment over the years and I must say Penn Pacific Dental has the best service so far. Doctor Chrissie has been very gentle and patience with the treatments, clearing all my doubts whenever I have one. I've recommended my friends over for their service and they have been very satisfied too! I highly recommend Penn Pacific Dental for your oral care needs. Definitely a 5 stars service and professionalism.

β β β β β I have been to different dentists for my toothache. Dr. Yu is the only one who provided me all options and guided me the best solution. He is very patient and always explained very well to answer all my concerns. Charge is also reasonable. Nurse at front desk is also very patient and helpful.
