Went for a facial. May was very skilled and knew what she was doing. Super friendly and great service. Tools and equipments seemed very clean, procedure was hygienic overall. Would recommend!!

I really liked the cozy atmosphere when I first entered Peony Beauty House with my friend. May was very excited to see us even though we went there on a late evening (of the 31st). She managed to skillfully attend to both of us and made our whole experience a really enjoyable and fruitful one. We would definitely go back there to get our facial done! \(^o^)/

Eyebrow embroidery service by May is very professional and comfortable, service is good as May is very precise and careful when doing the eyebrow shaping and embroidery. May will always follow up with me and make sure my eyebrow is in a good condition, really appreciate her gesture. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

I have been 6years doing facial at Peony Beauty, but this is my first time to write the review. Highly recommend this Peony Beauty , very satisfied. May is friendly and experienced beautician. She doesn't hard sell and always give a good advise for my skin. Thumb up???

Came and visited the shop for a basic facial service. May was meticulous at her job when it comes to facial service! She would often check with you if you are feeling comfortable and would try her best to make your experience a pleasure one. Would definitely recommend friends to come over and enjoy a relaxing facial service ?

100% recommended! This was my first facial and the beautician was so welcoming and gentle. There was 0 hard selling involved, she’ll only recommend what is necessary. The entire process was very comfortable and relaxing, she even took the time to explain what she was doing which was helpful. Very much worth the price, will def return!

First off, I signed up the package last year. The owner did requested me to write a review after first and second time facial. I will not write a review because I wanna see if the services are consistent with integrity until the end of the package. I rated 2 stars with my honest opinion. Owner is a nice lady, she provided excellent service in the beginning. From the fifth time towards the end of the package, I noticed the exaction wasn't clean enough. I did feedback to the owner that I felt It both side of my cheeks still have white heads, I don't feel it is clean enough. She explained she couldn't that much that could possibly ruin my skin. Well, a professional beautician will not ruin the skin, but solving skin issues by cleaning it thoroughly. Extraction is most important step before we can apply other skin care products on it. I believe she has the capability to get extraction work done well, just very time consuming. I still face the same issue, extraction is not clean enough. I truly feel disappointed when I get home checked on my cheeks, nah, they are still plenty of white heads did not clear out. As consumer, this is what I called "inconsistent service". I believe It's not easy to do extraction from all the tiny bumps. Hopefully she could improve it the next time. To the rest of you, my piece of advice is write your review at the end of the service. This is my true and honest review after 11 times of facial. Will I continue signing up more packages with Peony? I will check on next facial session. I wish to see improvement from the owner.
