I hope management will resolve this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsistent serving. Today's beef pepper rice only serve beef with lots of fats. Portion of beef is very pathetic!! So disappointed! I had to take tissue to absorb all the oil before it can be eaten. I really feel like picking up all the fats, put them in a bowl and return to the chef!!!
I should have taken the picture to show all the oil from the fats.
