Stuff'd - 302 Tiong Bahru Rd

I’m a regular here, buying once a week, usually quesadilla. Service is ok, but the food is really good especially the chicken. There was once my quesadilla got burnt and they re-did it and gave me free corns and mash. Also once a new staff didn’t wrap my quesadilla perfectly and another staff re-wrapped it. Actually I would not have noticed but I guess this shows they handle food with care, so I’m never disappointed.

I always passby the stall n don't know how to order, then was once the staff saw me looking at the menu n don't know what to do. He approached me and tell me how to make the order. "Polite" "approachable," from that time on, every now n then I will by from him. (Today then I know his name is Puni).Very important to have a service staff care for the customer, he is the one who keep me as a customer until today. Even I was at other shopping centre, I will come back to this stall . (I told him this evening when I bought from him again) he then tell me his name. Besides him, there is a staff call Sarah, "patience" "calm" , even there is long q, she still serve nicely n steady. Overall I like their service.

Seems quite unsanitary and service is really slow. Taste isn’t that great either, seems like they forgot the dressing.

Friendly cashier .sorry did not get her name - Malay young lady. Always polite and well spoken. Not the first time that i had met her when I went to Stuff'd Tiong Bahru,consistent with her friendly service. Thank you.

It’s well known that the food at stuff’d is top notch and extremely value for money. The Tiong Bahru outlet distinguishes itself however with a great team that’s really friendly and polite. Can’t recommend enough!

They only use fresh ingredients and maintain the stall pretty hygienic too. The taste is amazing too. You may have to wait in line most times during the busy hours due to the kind of demand they have!

13/07/2022 Dinner, TBP'S Stuff D Quite disappointed with the way they served. I show staff (looks like india guy) my order using my handphone. So the staff can clearly see my order . My first two orders were inclusive of "SALMON". Which should surely can see. After packing the first part of the food, he told me "we don't have Salmon anymore". And ask me, chicken can?" To be Frank, I really don't like the way this gut handle. To me, this guy is like forcing me to buy. He should have tell me in the first place that they don't have salmon anymore. And if I have know that, I will not make any order. With this I hope you all to be careful, and not fall into the trap that this guy has set. Lastly I believe some will said, I can still CANCEL the order. I will think is not good to do that as the food already prepared and cannot pass to next person. Lastly, I will hold on my next purchase and look for alternative food source. Sigh... spoil my day.

31 December 2021. Terrible experience at this outlet. A big fan of stuff'd as it always fills my stomach at a good price! Bought the chicken burrito as usual and the staff that attended to me was sluggish, lazy, rude and didn't seem interested in serving me at all. His name was Chai leng. Threw around the burrito wrap onto the warmer like it was trash. Added very less ingredients and very less sauce.. After it was handed over to another worker, she too was sluggish and wasn't very interested in doing my burrito. Added very less ingredients compared to usual. Wasn't very professional in handling the burrito. When she put it on the toaster, it broke and when she asked her coworker for another one, yet again he threw it around like it was trash. She just poured out the content on the new wrap, replenished the lettuce and didn't bother to put the sauces again or replenish those ingredients that dropped out. Her name was sara. Very terrible experience, ruined my mood for the day.
