Requested for single yolk mooncakes, first server had no idea how to pack mooncakes, reiterated to the second server i wanted SINGLE YOLK and i went home with..... plain no yolk mooncakes. My bad for not checking at the cashier, i guess ? also the first time i threw away kueh kuehs and cakes cos they tasted stale

β β β β β It's sad that this warm household name store has dropped their customer service skills so drastically. I went in to talk to their staff about the possibility of getting some words put on one of their ready made cakes. As soon as I said the words "I'm looking into getting one of those cakes customized..." the girl in store immediately pointed me to their catalogues sitting on the shelf. There were no words spoken and no offers to find out what exactly I wanted. I was appalled. I flipped through the catalogue but everything there was what I've already seen online. I left feeling so lost for words about what I had just experienced. I walked in empty and I walked out emptier...

β β β β β I like to buy kueh and cake roll in bengawan but I want to highlight to the management and this staff who work in tiong bharu. it happen today and this is the worst one. The worst customer service ever. Ive been in TB branch few times and believe me each of the staff attitude is sucks and expecially the fat tomboy. She is very rude. She acted so mighty and she thinks that i owe her. Excuse me we are the customer pls remind self that without us your company business will not grow.Pls work professional & if you dont like to work there pls just quit and give to someone who is willing to provide good customer service. This staff shout what i want and just slame the receipt on the counter. what kind of attitude is this?? To the mgmt pls look into this if you happen to read.
