β β β β β My hubby have an appointment at 3.30pm, we reach around 3.15pm for registration and took the number. We waited until 4.15pm and it is still not his turn yet, so we go ask the lady at the counter and she said it was due to the system problem, we should be the first customer after registration!!!! I'm so frustrated!!! We waited for 1hour and told us that we should be the first, means we wasted our time waiting for nothing!! And we ended up waiting for 1 hour plus, from 3.30pm become 4.30pm, might as well no need appointment!!!!!!!

Until we waited an hour go check then they tell us they made a mistake and the way they say is like there is nothing they can do except sorry. Told them I hv no helper and brought along my 5 yrs old and they say will reflect but I see the Recep just sit there and go nothing. Really bad service (even towards a customer also). Not going to come every again even if u have wonder hands hope your business collapsed

β β β β β Terrible rude receptionist, terrible appointment organising, show not sympathy, no patience, counter experience, telephone appointment, all really sucks. They should really do something about it. Is a waste of having good Drs skill putting it to waste. How can one treat when you yourself and staff have problems of your own.

β β β β β Woke up with a major wrist pain. Suspected gout but it didn't felt like it. Joint felt ok but only a sharp nerve pain when flexion and extension performed at a certain angle.
Friend recommended this clinic and Sebastian specifically.
Walked in, wait wasn't long. Counter lady was not quite the monster everyone said, cos I read the reviews on my way here.
Seb twisted my elbow with a pop sound, cupped and performed accupuncture on the affected wrist. Pain relief was immediate, strength came back.
The nerve has been conpressed and probably due to the way I slept with the arm below the pillow.
Would come back for other joint ailment, and yea, very effective!

β β β β β Remembered wrong appointment time but still allowed me to see the physician. Very crowded advised to make appointment before going. The male physician was quite fast and massaged my sprained ankle in a few minutes. Felt better but not sure if it works. No advice on foot care given. They accept cash and PayNow only.

β β β β β Would have given 0 star if ever possible, please don't waste your time here at all.
Went because of a recommendation from a friend after I've sustained a shoulder injury.
We called them for an appointment in the morning but they told us to walk in and said they are not able to book an appointment for us. When we travelled down for treatment, counter staff was rude and told us there isn't anymore walk in slot. This is the exact same person that told us to walk in for treatment just less than 1 hour ago.
Eventually we had to make appointment at the clinic for the following day.
2nd day when we were down, though our appointment was at 2pm, we could only see the doctor at 3pm. Treatment was done by the son and it was decently amazing if you ask me, considering this was my 2nd ever tcm treatment.
However the real problem came when I introduced the tcm to my parents. I booked an appointment for my dad a week in advance and they replied saying 10.30am for the following Sunday which I replied okay and was blue ticked.
Went for the appointment with my parents as they were unfamiliar with the location, and guess what? To our amazement, our appointment was not confirmed? The counter staff says that there is no such appointment and asked me to show prove of making appointment over whatsapp. I proceeded to show the WhatsApp conversation and a male around 50 YO came and yelled saying he didn't confirm my appointment as he didn't ask me for the dad's details. As someone 1st time booking an appointment, he gave a confirmation on the timing of the appointment and date and assumed that we would have known that there was other details that we needed to provide when he didn't mention anything about it at all. He kept arguing and says it's our fault for not sending in the details and was holding onto my unlocked phone for a good 15mins before returning back eventually when he went into another room.
We asked what's a possible alternative, after much discussion between their staff they decided to schedule my dad as a walk in and we had to wait another 45mins from the appointment timing previously. Unknown to me initially, my mum asked if it was possible for her to see a tcm as well, and we checked with the counter staff if there was any more walk in slots, in which she replied no.
As I was sitting right beside the counter, a man walked in just less than 10mins apart from when my mum was asking if there was a walk in slot for any doctor, and told the counter staff that he doesn't have any appointment but somehow he manages to get a walk in slot immediately. When priority should have been given to someone who just asked less than 10mins ago? Where is the logic here??
Either way, my dad was told to go for a follow up session, which he booked for the following week and he told the doctor and staff that he would like to make an appointment for my mum as well on the same timing for another physician. He recieved confirmation from the same 50YO male that it has been confirmed and added into the system.
Fast forward to the date of 2nd appointment for my dad and 1st appointment for my mum, dad waited for 45mins when his appointment timing was already fixed, and when asking for my mum's details the counter staff says that there isn't any appointment for my mum. We were confused and told her that her colleague told us and confirmed with us that day and he just walked away when we asked him to clarify. I then asked the counter staff to check if the appointment was registered under her mobile number instead, and to our amazement it was indeed signed up under her mobile number. She then started scolding the 3 of us as to why we passed her the nric when appointment was registered under the mobile number. Saying that we should have known and not wasted her time.
Here I am amazed by the lack of respect, information and how they could screw up so badly on appointments time and time again and still blame us again and again for their mistakes and was not willing to apologise or even acknowledge that they were in the wrong.

β β β β β If you cannot take pain, this is not the place for you. No pain no gain. Treatments are effective. For old injuries, it take more reviews. Patient must be cooperative and obedient.
Rewards: Do not have to undergo surgery and walk out a normal being.
Seek early treatment. Chances of speedy recovery is high.
