β β β β β I had a very shy bunny and decided to engage someone that was experienced with bunnies. Have not regretted since. My bunny comes out calm after grooming and looks impeccable. Love that my bunny comes out with very neat and cute feets.Totally would recommend them to handle your pet!

β β β β β My bf and I went to Scruffiez to get our first bunny together! Zxen was super nice and patient though we arrived pretty late at arnd 9-10pm - she explained so much to us about rabbit care during our selection as well. They really do treat all their bunnies with love & it shows because our bunny is such a healthy & happy baby who warmed up to my family so quickly! Zxen even texted us a few weeks later to check on how our bunnyβs doing which is really nice of her. Lucky to have discovered Scruffiez & will definitely be back for grooming, I trust them fully. Thank you for making our experience here a great one! ?

β β β β β Second time taking my Guinea Pigs to Scruffiez and Bear has been very helpful from day 1. We took our Peruvian baby to Scruffiez to get him used to salon trips. They helped us to trim his hair and explain how to do the aftercare with long hair guinea pig.
Yesterday we took our other guinea pig a Teddy, to go for the grooming session as well. And it went smoothly. There are 2 clean pigs now and they donβt seem like they are in distress after the grooming. They had a good nap and meal after it.

β β β β β it was my first time bringing my guinea pigs to Scruffiez and i was not disappointed. Zxen was so helpful and patient in explaining to me about the different types of grooming methods and how to care for them better. My guinea pigs looked so clean, healthy and happy they weren't behaving oddly after grooming as well which is a relief as they aren't used to pet shop grooming. Thank you so much!

β β β β β The whole team is really friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, and would also accommodate to your small request if possible (eg. If you want to not cut certain area of your rabbit key features etc). Have been going there for about 3 times and have been satisfied every single time.

β β β β β After inspecting my rabbit, he found that she was well groomed and only needed to cut the nails. They are honest in their assessment and not only driven to sell their packages. They filed my rabbits nails quite near the quick. The groomer was nice and not salesy pushy,
