★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs at whitesands were really helpful and ready to serve customers. Staffs were really knowledgeable & knew their products well. The cute animals in store were also well taken care of in terms of grooming and the cages were really clean. Kudos to the team for doing such a great job! Keep it up! Definitely my outlet to visit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in and ask for a product from your sales assistant, gave me an impression that he is not familiar with his product. As I was a little rushing, so I asked him for help to find for me. Finally he found it and brought over to the cashier, after making payment then I realised it’s not the one I wanted, having to trust his product knowledge, I didn’t self check before making payment. All I can blame myself was that I trust the staff and lesson learnt that next time no matter what, just find the product on my own, never trust the staff. Plus the staff at White Sands outlet doesn’t look and talk professionally at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm here in singapore for a short trip, was shopping around white sands mall and I came across a pet shop. At a first glance it kind of attract my attention to step into the store cause of the beautiful decors. Staff was very cheerful and helpful, she understands my dogs condition before recommending the products to me, explained in a detailed explanation and because of her good customer service I actually bought a few more bags of food for my dogs, and one more excellent job that the little girl did was she brought up those heavy products for me to the taxi stand, that's an awesome extra mile she has done for me.
Thanks you pet lover for a wonderful staff that ur company has, If I’ll come back again to Singapore I’ll come back here.

The store is always excellent and the staff here are all brilliant and friendly! I have always spent time buying for my pets here and not once have I regretted it for a second. Last week, I had a great customer service again with Petlovers White Sands. I wanted to get more informations about specific products for small animal bedding. The staff was very patient and tried to put a lot of effort to answer all my questions. The staff knew a lot about the products and patiently explained to me the benefits of each product. Kudos to your WTS staff! I am always confident and satisfied to all the products I purchased and definitely I will recommend more to others!

And I was also planning to buy a pet & didn't know so much about them and the staff there give me advice & information about them, what to get or what they need if I was planning to get the pet. Whitesand is the good place for pets care.
