Came here as the Tampines Mall staff suggested that I come over to check for the stock of a shirt as they were not able to call. I have already made my way down to White Sands mall to search for a shirt which Tampines mall staff told me the White sands branch has. When I found out that the stall doesn’t have the shirt, I requested if they could help me check the system if any of the shops have the stock. They straight out refused even though I asked them if they could help as I had travelled down all the way. It was only after I kept on insisting that another staff reluctantly took the shirt to check through the system. It took barely a minute of their time to pacify a customer and yet I had to haggle with the shop for a while to help me check the stock thorough the system. I had come when the shop was empty and there were barely any customers in the shop. This is by far the WORST customer service I had encountered. Cotton on, I am very very disappointed in the level of customer service your staff displayed.

I was scouting around for a mid drift blouse which I spotted once at another outlet but didn’t have the opportunity to try on back then as it was almost closing time. I was pleasantly surprised to find it at the WhiteSands Pasir Ris outlet! I was very happy to be served by Afidah because she was very friendly and helpful when I sought her opinion on the fit of 2 different sizes on me. She also gave me very candid opinion of the preferred colour of the blouse on me which I am grateful over because not all retail staff are willing to take the risk in doing so. This is one of my happy purchase at cotton on this month! Update February 2022: Love Love Love their high-rise denim jeans and cropped tops! Service at the pasir ris whitesands branch is also good as the staff assigned there are helpful.
