★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5. ate many times but the ba kut portion become much smaller. Inflation..... Soup wise, good source of sodium but taste good la. Haha. Price not cheap but what to do ..... Mall rental ex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive, especially the braised egg, I ordered through Foodpanda. Its didn't say how many eggs for $5.03. Just received the food, what a joke $5.03 for 2 braised eggs. Eating golden eggs. Really over price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the dry chilli frog leg if you don't mind paying $26+GST for ONE miserable frog! We can get 7 whole frogs from the supermarkets for that price.
They are not even imported meat and comes from our very own home grown farms!!! This dish is damaging the restaurant's reputation truly or does the owner not care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't recall how many times we've dined here over the years but today is the 1st time we didn't have to que. Table was a little slow with the You Tiao......the soup is peppery, just the way we like it and best consumed when it's piping hot.....the meat just falls of the ribs and the rice is fragrant.
Overall we enjoyed our meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good. Is still as tasty as last time but there is one China Chinese lady is quite rude to me. I returned the chilli padi with the Dark soy sauce as me and my husband doesn’t like it. We would like to get the garlic and chilli padi with light soy sauce instead. I asked her to give me more chilli padi and garlic as we can really eat spicy and we can’t eat without chilli but however the china lady insist the portion that she gave it to me is enough for 2 person and keep nagging me. The reason I asked for more because I saw the shop is short of man power and I didn’t want them keep topping up the chilli for me. Really need to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the claypot Dried Chilli Frog based on the picture displayed at the front of the restaurant. Instead, what served up was so disappointed, a claypot with charred pieces of meat. Presentation is minus 100, no kidding.
The saving grace, the soup was tasty which came with the meal and was topped up mid meal without my requesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bak Kut Teh was good, especially if you love the pepper version of this dish. As for me I like the herbal version better.
Anyway, it was still nice with a generous portion of pork ribs.
A must-have is the you tiao side dish which goes well with the soup.
The bean curd desert was very smooth and enjoyable.
The staff was attentive - refilling the soup when needed
