Coffee & service is good as before but not the chicken pie, below average.

Small outlet and small dining area. With the current pandemic, they are strict in terms of people dining in. No standby allowed if there's no available table. Hence, you are better off having to-go.

Love the coffee and food. Nice ambience with friendly staffs.

Had a bad experience at WHITESANDS STARBUCKS. The girl at the counter heard my order wrongly. So the lady who wears the black hijab working the morning shift did my drink. I have asked for an ICE VENTI SIZE CUPPACINO but got a HOT ONE INSTEAD. So I told the lady who wears the black hijab that I have asked for Ice instead of Hot, she glares at me and said "HUH?!!" and I was taken aback by how rude she was to me. Knowing that I've always been to other Starbucks, and it was not this "shady". She took the hot drink and then made for me a new one but called my name in a sarcastic manner. While i was walking away, I heard her saying to the girl at the counter "she never ask for ice right then she want to ask for ice... What sia" .. wow. Just wow. Starbuck Whitesands, this is not the first time I get a bad service from you. Please educate your staff there. It's only in the morning and your staff is already rude, thank you for spoiling my mood in the morning. GREAT JOB!! ?

Service is usually good, and products are good quality. However, their official app says that they open at 7.30am. Waited till 7.45am and still could not access the store. Please improve your punctuality or change your official hours.

Came today (Sat 16 Jul 11:30am) and waited almost 10min at the cashier while there were 3 staff. All of them were doing their own thing, except preparing food or drinks for other customers. I eventually left without ordering. It would be best that this store’s staff attend to waiting customers first.

Dine is only available for 1 hour due to COVID restrictions. Good service.

....didn't know that there's a 1 hour limit for dining-in....we think that's reasonable....image someone staying a few hours here with just a cuppa or 2.....?
