β β β β β Pet Lovers Centre provide good service, especially for the need of beginners. I always went to Valley Point and Vivo city branch . Both serve me good, very happy with their service. But yesterday evening when I brought my boy to Vivo city branch , the untie staff keep asking me to bring my boy to outside first, because he keep sniffing the floor.she thought he want to pee, but not lo.. Untie. My boy habit lah?

β β β β β Sad encounter with unhelpful and discourteous lady staff. Unfamiliar with the shop location, I asked for directions. Was told "Take escalator. We are on L3. I had to ask for unit number as it was not volunteered. NVM. No biggie. But when I got to L3, it was Food Republic, and I couldn't find the shop. Called again. The same staff sarcastically told me "Yah I said take escalator, but I never say take all the way to Level 3 Food Republic, right?! You go back, take escalator to Level 2, walk to the end. Aiya how to tell you? So difficult...." I gave up, too discouraged. Coz I expected to receive poor treatment from the same lady staff by the time I reached the shop...sigh
