I find the store to be well organized and ample supply of a variety of products for your pets.
The staffs I've come into contact with are friendly and always eager to help with a smile and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has extremely unethical marketing practices and I am very displeased. They have clear discount labels that say until stocks last but I was still charged full price for said items. When questioned about why I was not given the discount, the employee told me that the discount period was over. However, the discount has been valid since FEBRUARY so why has it not been taken down even after over 6 months? This is not the first time this has happened to me. The store has similarly labeled discounts prominently displayed all over the store but it is an obvious ploy to get customers to buy the products at full price. I implore you to double check your receipt and make sure you are not overcharged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, good service. Able to assist swiftly with my exchange of products with less hassle. Good knowledge and advices of dogs products. A store conveniently located in the neighbourhood instead of the busy malls. Definitely recommend this store to those staying nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to their other outlets, but a slightly smaller range of pet essentials, accessories and toys due to the limited space. You'll still be able to find more or less everything you need. Customer service is always great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my family's first hamster here, pets kept at fairly good condition here even though the cages for the pets are small, the staff are quite experienced and the variety of food, cages(including good travelling cages), sand baths and more, overall this is a good pet shop on average
