★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to buy hamster for my daughter. Came at 12pm. Was told by sales staff, Intan to come back at 1pm cos short of manpower. There was only 2 staff workibg at the time.
She said there will have more staff later on.
Request to reserved the hamster that my daughter wants but was refused.
Came later at 1pm.
Other custimers bouggt it already.
Staff stil the same 2 person
Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pity your staffs that gets scolded by impatient customer. I witness one of them getting scolded by a rude customer who was impatient to buy hamsters even though they respectfully told them that they cant sell them because they are short of manpower which only 2 people were working that day. Please kindly give them rewards for being respectful and patient towards all those rude customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were extremely impressed and pleased with this trainee, Dyllis, as we simply came to the store to check out the new batch of hamsters and decided to browse for some stuffs for our hamster we bought a few days ago.
Ms Dyllis took the initiative to ask if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable and shared with us some tips on how to care for our hamster, articulated very well and made us confident with our purchases.
