★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed experience here, sent my cat for basic grooming and was sent back with bleeding nails! How heart breaking when I saw his nails being cut off by so much, he must have suffered!! All nails of the his both hind legs were bleeding and one of it was really bad as can see from the photos! Unprofessional and ridiculous! Why would I have send my pet to a place that can't even groom my cat better than me doing it at home? I will definitely not recommend this pet grooming centre to anyone and I'll suggest that you rethink twice before bringing your pet to this grooming centre, totally unprofessional! Not to mention they didn't even clean his nails and ears properly, still have dirts on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My frenchie always so happy to go there for grooming. They dun cage your dog and able to run freely with others dogs if u allow. Staff there is very friendly too. Explained to me on how i can take care of my frenchie and which food to avoid. I highly recommend Pet Philosophy! Will definitely go back again!
