Extremely rude yet charge very high prices. This is not how you do business. I had used them previously, but never again!

Excellent service. 30 minutes they reached to my place. Value for money. Very nice and humble.

Fast efficient service. Took them 10 mins to arrive at my location and changed all 4 tyres in about an hour. Highly recommended

I called for assistance after i noticed one of my car tyres looked quite inflated suddenly after i reached my house car park. the services came very fast. The staff took out my tyre, checked and advised that he cannot find any hole. He said my tyre old already and maybe problem in the sides etc etc and suggest buying new tyre from him. I declined and said my main purpose is the flat tyre. He then suggest fixing my spare tyre instead to which i declined. I was asked to pay the full charge of $50/-. I tried to bargain to him and his manager Tony but they seem to repeat the same story. Next day, i drive to my regular car shop. He checked and confirmed there was a hole. I asked if he could have detected without using pool of water and just with spraying soap water and my regular car shop mechanic said it would have been detected unless the pitstop technician did not check thoroughly. I again called to get refund as i should not be paying for their incompetency. However, they continued to tell the same story. Thus, my negative experience prompts me to warn others of the services.

fast response, come within promised 30mins . the guy do checking the tyre surface and remove the nail and patching tyre promptly. thank you for the great service. cost $80

Excellent service. Gave them a call at night & within 30mins Jason arrive. Changed & patched up my tyre within minutes. Very humble & nice guy. Highly recommend them.

We had a punctured tyre on expressway, and decided to stop at a carpark after the nearest exit. Our saviour from Pitstop came promptly and changed to our spare tyre. He gave good analysis on the punctured tyre, and advice on our spare tyre. He was genuinely concerned for our safety, and did not hard sell. We were so glad we have chosen to call them. Flat tyre. Called them up, came within an hour, patched it up and pumped it within 10 minutes for a reasonable fee. Excellent service
