★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They very rude people, can’t even help how to assist regarding the issue, no manners.. we all the same human but atleast show some , no matter who you are what your position are, show respect. I suggest anyone don’t ask for help from these people they very rude. I feel very upset about it as I can’t open my digibank apps and even though I un-install my app still can’t open but they just turn thier back and ignore me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this branch a couple of times, and they are quite consistent with how they manage their clients(those who are sending their remittances and paying their bills) . They love to keep them waiting. They do not care if we stand there for soo long queuing up just to get our transactions done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my personal experience last 25-June-2022, service is very good. I remitted it on Saturday and the money was deposited the following Monday. They have chairs also, so it's good if you wait for a while so you don't need to stand. Always ask them for help regarding exchange rate, they might consider giving a higher exchange rate for big remittance.
