โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, not sure why there are so many bad reviews. To me, I find their customer service to be top notch compared to other brokers. They offer a very fast response system thru Whatsapp and their agents are friendly for newbies. My dealer was Hendrick and he has been very patient with all my queries and questions so far. Its been 2 months since I used Phillips and he has been there whenever I have any questions. I also tried the hotline system to see how it works, and its just awesome with prompt response.
Comparing to Tiger Brokers where it takes so long just to call in, and IB where I usually do the online support, I think Phillip Futures really takes customer service to a level that I'm comfortable with. For customer service, they score full stars from my end.
Their Nova platform is simple, but has much much more to be improved, in my own opinion. I find the platform to be easy and simple if your only doing 1 or 2 transactions at a time. But other than that, it really is a hassle if you want to trade more.
