Every visit has been consistent from the ambiance to the excellent customer service right from the reception to the stylist. Hidero, my stylist not only gave my damaged hair a good cut but also advices on how to manage my hair and make it healthier. Love love love this salon and will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really good and attentive stylist in a great salon!

Staff in the front desk were friendly, genuine and accommodating, the place was clean and tidy. Hidero was my stylist (yup Japanese!), welcomes me with a warm smile and listens to the look i want to achieve. Very calm and professional on how he treat his customers and his assistant. He assess and recommends a style that works from my hair and face. He gave me the easy to manage, gorgeous style that i super love! He also gave me some top tips on how to maintain the new hairstyle. I was extremely happy with the outcome and the overall look was great! am Looking forward on my next appointment. ? Make sure to look for Hidero-san and you wont be sorry!

Alex recommended treatment rebonding to help with my frizz and upon hearing my budget concerns, he went the extra mile to help me ask for a discount. Ray was also very attentive and caring throughout the whole process and checked on my comfort, even offering blankets in case I was cold. The salon itself has high standards of hygiene and is very well equipped with a lovely ambience! I love!! the outcome and I am so glad I trusted their recommendations. I'm really grateful for the time and effort they put in to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend the salon for sincere, attentive and professional service. Something that sets them apart is that the staff genuinely try to provide quality service without shortchanging their customers. Truly rare nowadays! Keep up the good work!

I went home with really choppy and uneven layers and it looks horrible so now my hair is really bad in that shape and I have to go and recut it to get it even out again. Yea I’m really upset. Also bcus it was coupon, they don’t serve the usual drinks. Which is unfair. If u want to be on fave to get more attraction for Marketing u gotta do your best and not offer sub par service
