C	Caroline Crowder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is a delight. Chicken teriyaki is the best in SG and refreshing with the side of cucumber. Do be wanted the waiting time is extreme key slow compared to other restaurants. Make a stop here if you’ve the time!

The casual dining environment makes one feel comfortable when having a regular meal. Will definitely come back to try other dishes as well.

Raku sushi seems 70% similar to Itacho in terms of their menu (just mixed around a bit) with some new dishes. From first looks, there is a price premium vs Itacho and there isn't a promotion menu. I seldom give bad reviews, but for $39.90, the selection of sushi for the Raku sushi set is...not good. That's mainly down to the inexplicable inclusion of a canned tuna (yes, canned tuna) warship topped off with a dash of mayo. I'm not sure which chef decided that this would be a good addition to this sushi set that shares the restaurant's name, but this was just disappointing. I'd stick to Itacho in future as the quality seems to be similar. The inaiwa udon was decent though. The tamago tasted more like a dessert dish than regular tamago, and it might suit those who like a sweeter taste to their tamago.

We sat down and asked for a cup of tea and the auntie said we have to place the order through our phone, hmmm…ok. Sashimi and sushi are mediocre, the spicy salmon roll is not spicy but tastes fine, the Wagyu Beef roll is super greasy and bland, I’d skip that, and I also would not recommend the Mini Rice bowl, it’s a joke, you might as well get some sushi instead.
S	Sally Chin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly hidden gem @ Raffles City mall - had authentic style sushi and wide variety of air flown fish from Japan (the kind you get in Japan) something that you don’t get hold of easily in most sushi restaurants in Singapore! Enjoyed the food a lot and it was of good quality. Food deserves a 4.5 stars, but service could be better. We ordered the 6 types of fishes sushi but didn’t get an explanation from service staff on which fish/ sushi was which even upon request. Overall would patronise again
D	Desmond Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fairly decent sushi joint and sake. They even had fresh fish that you can pick and the slice it for you to try. My only complain was the area is small with many high tables and slow service. Otherwise, nice for folks who just want a simple no frills meals.

Some of us finished our meal & one person is still waiting for a sushi roll. We had ordered our food at the same time. Quality is average. Sashimi pieces are small too. Will not come if I’m hungry.
