The outlet is located about 10-minute walking distance from Bugis MRT Station. This is one of the rare places in Singapore where you can find dark (≥70%) chocolate droplets. Not too cheapskate sugary milk chocolate droplets that are readily available in the major supermarkets island-wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place for all of your baking needs and more. They have a pretty decent assortment of cheeses. Soft to hard. Regular quantity to bulk. And everything is reasonably priced unless you go for the organic and name brands, but even then still reasonable compared to other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my! Happiness is Phoon Huat! A cook and baker's delight! So excited to find specific items I need here. Things like special flours, scales to weigh ingredients, cake making tools and flavorings, etc. are here for any home cook or business chef. All are welcome, no questions asked about why do you need this much stuff, or what are you doing with that mooncake mould. It's wonderful to shop in this store that is stocked with everything special and specific that you cannot find elsewhere. They have packaging materials too, like foodsafe boxes and doilies, muffin liners, etc. Thanks to Phoon Phoon Huat I made my first mooncakes this year after I was able to buy a mini mooncake mould! Tip: Be aware the store is tightly packed with narrow aisles. Bring your own grocery bag to be mindful of the environment.

Great selections and I found what I needed here.
Price are reasonable.
Crean cheese 1kg $10 is cheaper than outside around $14+
Lots of choices for Baking mood and tins. Cheaper too.
I got one outside 9inch for $17, here is selling around $10+ same quality. They have even cheaper ones.
Will buy from here again.

I was amazed by the abundance of bakery needs ?. The place is clean and neat, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the stocks neat and tidy. Prices are subjective as some are cheaper, such as pecan nuts, buy 1 get 1 free, so instead of paying $30 a pack, you only pay $15!

This store does have a wide range and variety of baking ingredients which should be adequate for any typical baking needs.
