Had a great experience with PhysioX recently. Jansen is brilliant and has divine hands! I had damaged my back due to a wrong pose during yoga. Post treatment (2 sittings), he made me do all my yoga poses, including the one that caused the issue for me. This was truly a professional touch! This gave me lots of confidence of trying the pose later on without any fear that I may damage my back again! Thank you Jasen!

I have recovered my strength after I met Derek. His professional works and sessions he provided me strengthen my ankle after a surgery. Constantly session by session given, pushing and working hard follows the method given, determined to recover asap. Even now I'm discharge, his work out are still valid for my daily routine. I was recommended to Derek by a orthopaedic doctor as I was concerned about climbing up and down stairs and wanted to strengthen my knees as both of them have OA. I have consulted different physiotherapists over the past ten years and find Derek to be amongst the best as he gave me hope that I can improve my condition by using both quantitative method as well as strengthening exercises for each of my knee/leg. He also introduced exercises to help correct my slightly bent right leg. The series of exercises he recommended each session gave me confidence and were appropriate to improve my physical agility and strength in both my legs as evident from the last quantitative test. I also found that my recovery rate was much faster over the months. Highly recommend Derek as he is professional, have good bedside manners and is totally committed to helping me become more confident through the exercises he introduced. Thank you PhysioX.
