Engaged their services in 2019 for my first helper and thankfully she’s still working for me now. Honestly my experience with them was average if not good as everything went smoothly - from paperwork, applications to MOM, and general phone calls/communication. They provided guidance on how to go through an online certification program as a first time employer and went through the contract with me when I came in to the branch for hire. They also warned that adjustment with having a helper may take a few months - made sense. Can’t comment much on replacement etc. since I didn’t go through those. Overall good experience.

May has been helping us for the past 10 years and her service has always been excellent. We have had a wonderful helper that has been with us over the past decade and just got another from her! Appreciate the great support.

This agency is truly the worst kind in my opinion. The helpers from there are escorts. Please be careful who you hire because the agency takes fees from the employer as well as the helper. So if you complain about the helper they do nothing about it. I informed the agency that the helper is misbehaving but all they did is send me more CVs. Within one year I had to employ another helper and pay agency fees all over again. The lady Irene cannot be trusted. If you don’t want issues later please do not use this agency.

Very bad experience with this agency. Please DO NOT engage this agency because their practice is very shady. Irene was very pushy when it came to making the FULL payment to "confirm" helper. I asked why need full payment when there is no contract. She then said can just make a payment of admin fee deposit then she will send the contract. I didnt feel she was transparent and professional. Upon reading the contract, i asked her a few questions and it felt like she was reluctant to clarify. End up she told me her ex employer's grandma wants to hire her when she did not make a deposit. Very unprofessional and unethical. So why impose a confirmation deposit when it doesn't mean anything? Although i got back my refund, this episode left a bad taste. Reviews on this agency has been negative and my short experience with them seems to be true. Helper interviewed seems good but will advise both employers and helpers to stay away from this agency.

I had a very good experience at Super Employment. I follow this agency for 9 years and they helped me find very good employers who treated me very well. I have my full trust in this agency. Super Employment will fight for your rights even we are only helpers and who have concern for all helpers as human being. I always recommend all my friends to use this agency. I joined Super Employment Specialist from 2005 for already 17 years. I trust them so much and when I have problem this agency always help me. Recently my brother pass away in Malaysia and my agency help me arrange me to go back to Philippines very fast to hold the funeral. All my employers very good. 1st employer 2 years, 2nd years 9 years, 3rd employer 4 years left Singapore and my current employer just renew after finish 2 years contract. My sisters and friends also very happy with Super Employment they all get good employers. This agency always good to the helpers and treat us like family.

I will like to share our excellent experiences with Super Employment after 4 helpers that supported us very well average 6 years each. Of course there is one or 2 occasions we need replacement and they supported us seamlessly with a lot suitable profiles to choose from. Especially COVID-19 period where most of the agencies are closed for business or do not have any helpers to replace. But Super Employment has attentively address to our needs and filling up the gaps to make sure our domestic helper needs are all met and we are very happy with current domestic helper. I will strongly recommend Super Employment.
