Cherry is a very good therapist, she's very gentle and friendly, always feeling very comfortable when I'm here.

The salon called be at 11:41am to tell me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled when my original appointment was at 11:45. Giving me a call earlier would have been better because I was already on a cab down and reached the mall when they gave me the call.

I did IPL and waxing with Cherry and she was very friendly, competent and professional! Would recommend other people to give Pink Parlour a visit and look for Cherry as well :)

Been a regular customer for almost 3 years now. I signed a package when they first opened up and bought other waxing packages for legs/arms/ Brazilian. Service dropped once my regular therapist went back home. I have had couple of ingrown hairs prior but nothing too bad. However the past year, I had different therapists each time and had more frequent cases of ingrown hair. Last visit to the place in nov 21, resulted in like 4/5 bumps of ingrown hair, the worst I have ever experienced. It was itchy and painful, as if I had shaved. Took over three months to heal. Had one last session left, didn’t bother to go back or renewing the package. Wouldn’t recommend. The quality of the service is not consistent.

I just had an appointment at the Kovan outlet, the therapist refused to give me her name as she did not want me to send in an email complaint. 1) The room that she had led me into could not close and there was a huge gap between the door and the wall. Even after telling her that the door would not close and I was concerned about my privacy, she was hesitant to change rooms for me and only did after I heavily requested. In the new room, she asked for me to close the door instead. 2) I told the therapist to wax and peel the area consecutively instead of applying wax everywhere and peeling at one go as I have sensitive and painful skin. She refused and told me that I have to get used to her method of waxing. 3) upon applying the wax, she did not apply thin layers of wax but instead dropped gloops of wax all over my thigh and private area. She did not respond to my request of cooling the area and was waxing the wet wax off. She is highly unprofessional and due to her waxing the same area repeatedly (more than 4 times) my skin started to burn and I could not allow her to wax the rest of my private area anymore. She started to talk rudely to me and was complaining the whole time she was waxing. She even wanted to quit halfway. I had to tell her to please be quiet and continue with the job. I used to be served by Winnie and she is highly professional. Please take action and feedback against the current wax therapist. This is highly unprofessional.

Therapist doesn’t know how to wax ? My hair was a bit long but she didn’t care. Apply in a big area which results cutting the hair not waxing. She misses few times when she takes off the wax strip, it is really painful. Even when applying wax, she just apply even if wax is flying here and there. Also she apply powder too much, it went all over me. I waited for weeks to write a review to see how my hair grows. Apparently, hairs were cut off instead of pulled off. She just force to leave reviews. I think that’s why I see a lot of reviews here. I left 2 stars because it’s not fair for other therapist to get bad review. I wanted to give 0 star.
