★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever seen. I would have given a 0 star. We had an appointment at 9:45am for an ART. Finally done at 10:45am. The ladies at the counter are asking twice the same info because they are working by batch, they are collecting first all the ID, passport for a “batch” of patient and then re asking similar, additional info when registering the info in the system... The swaber is picking the ticket randomly. Then the order of the queue is totally messed up. Not lean at all.
Better to go for an express ART at Raffles Hospital.

I was told I will get a full refund on the Conversation with RMG, (as wrong information provided) now an email reply on my refund a month later, I have to pay for admin fee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for a booster shot on May 2nd, 2022. Without any prior notice or warnings, their office was closed when we got there. If you are going to be closed, why accept the appointment? No explanation, notice or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a vaccination appointment a week in advance and got email+appointment sms. Raffles sent me reminder text messages for my appointment and I arrive only to find out they don't have stock for the vaccine or ANY record of my appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my Tdap vaccination and it thankfully was close to painless. The lady doctor who gave it to me was patient and gave me useful tips during the jab to minimize the pain too (eg. Inhale/exhale, how to position my shoulder).
The other perk is that the nurses and staff at the recep desk were very helpful and polite too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a Covid pre departure PCR test here for HK immigration. The process was confusing as I had pre-paid and needed to provide triple evidence of payment. Their mobile app of course didn’t work and the lady at reception didn’t hand me the clinic certificate needed for HK, luckily I asked. They needed more than 24h to confirm test results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to see a GP. Took 1 hour to see the doctor, half an hour to get an xray and another hour just to get the medication and bill. Total time wasted 2.5hours.
If it's going to take so long to see the patient, at least let them know the waiting time. Not everybody is that free to wait 2.5 hrs. Some need to get back to their job or has things to do.
The thing is, not even the staff knows how long it's going to take to see the doctor. Seriously, Raffles Medical you gotta do a better job.
