S	Sean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service ever from the know-it-all receptionists. they seemed pretty lost and flustered yet they try to cover it up by pushing the blame to the customers. the MC that was given to me had the wrong date, and she conveniently pushed the blame to me by saying that I should’ve told her before she printed it out. also after reminding her that there is a co-payment, she thanked me for highlighting it to them sarcastically. just a bunch of self entitled veteran employees.
a	amrita singh bedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Dr. Singh few months back regarding a skin condition and he was bang on with the diagnosis. He is an excellent doctor and can be trusted blindly. I am giving one star only because he has the rudest staff of women who talk like loose cannons and are really cold, blunt and curt with patients. They have least realisation that their behaviour is hurting doctor Singh’s image as most of the patients don’t turn to experience Dr. Singh’s intelligence and expertise as, the first and foremost impression is hurtful and annoying with such ruthless staff.
A	Andrei Komar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is ridiculously high. I had clogged ear after swimming. Doctor said that it was ear wax and it was necessary to clean it. The whole procedure took 10 minutes, nothing complicated, just ear syringe with warm water. I didn't have insurance, and I was ready to pay, but not so huge amount of money for such an easy diagnosis and procedure. Doctor charged me 300SGD. I recommend you to find another doctor, and don't give them even a cent.

I've been there twice now (without appointment) and always received an impeccable (personal and medical) treatment. The doctor is interested in your medical history, explains his findings, seems highly competent, is not rushing through the examination and is very friendly. I agree that the front staff could be a bit friendlier, but I definitely cannot support the one star ratings.

We pay money, don't we have the right to ask as many ques and stay how long we want? Pls doctor, ur time is not the only precious one. Your job is to give assurance to patient, not trying to brush off their ques and want them to leave asap. Future patients, take note.

I have recommended many people to him and they all have the same thoughts at his medical knowledge, his compassion and his consistently accurate diagnosis and treatments. I would give him a 10 if we could. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a great doctor

The doctors should realise that the reputation of their clinic actually hinges upon the service and this particular clinic staff seem to really resent doing their job. I experienced one receptionist just ignoring me when I entered the clinic and then rolling her eyes when I asked to see the doctor. Don't waste your time here if you're sick. Other clinics have better front desk service.
