First time trying yogurt strawberry taste so delicious and healthy.

I was there a couple of days ago and got the Crunchy Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was delicious! Will definitely go back for more. :)

Ordered Royal No 9 black tea. Refreshing good taste

I think their service is okay as compared the other two ratings. Drinks are really great!

Update: After contacting Alley and reading their reply on google, I decided to update this post. I appreciate Alley for taking in the feedback and handled the situation professionally. It is heartening to see a company taking in feedback to seek improvement. Keep it up! :) Original Review: Had a bad experience with the staff here. Staff are not well trained and their service is bad. The person who served me gave an annoyed look and just repeat herself when I asked question. Below is my experience. Ordered a Peach Oolong Tea Macchiato and wanted to adjust the sweetness level but was told that it was either 0% or 100%. When I feedback to them that the menu did not indicate fixed sweetness for this drink, she just repeat herself that it is either 0% or 100%. Seeing that she doesn’t understand me and doesn’t know how to interpret the menu, I had sent an email to alley. However there was no reply hence this review. I am okay with the fixed sweetness but the menu should represent it correctly hence the feedback so that the company can improve its products and services. This is not the first time. To add on to my point on why staff is not properly trained, I had another experience where I order a garden milk tea and it did not came with pearls. When asked, the reply I got was that it does not come with pearls. This does not tally with the picture in the menu and the garden milk tea serve by other outlets. Through this feedback, they corrected it and future drinks were served with pearls. To avoid this, I usually order through foodpanda, but there are also many times when it was not available because they did not press the accept order on their device. I am not sure what foodpanda regulations are, but turning it on and off as you like does not seem like a good business operating principle.

Ordered the Black Tea 50% ice, 25% sugar, bought the voucher from Shopee. The barista who made the drink seems new as he had difficulty controlling the volume. When he realized the tea is too little, he added hot water instead of more tea, then added more ice. Quite disappointing with the taste and the quality of the tea.
