★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American expat here. Pizza Hut in Singapore is better than expected. It doesn't have the full range of pizzas you'll find in a high quality pizza joint in America, but it's pretty good. Pizzas are fresh.
There's a lot of other stuff on the menu. Soups are basic pre-made and not worth a dollar. Pasta looks terrible, but I didn't taste it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached Pizza Hut at 1050hrs waited in line for 10 minutes, no issues as they opened at 11am for dine-in.
When they opened the doors to let us in, the staff told us that for dine in, we had to wait about 1hr 30mins for our order to be ready as they had a lot of online orders.
We felt that the requested wait time for our food was too ridiculously long, and priority was not given to dine in customers.
Disappointed, we didn't order, got up, and decided to go to the next door - Din Tai Feng for brunch....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time dining over here. I was early for dinner. And wanted to have an early dinner. Found out that there was no queue so l have decided to dine over in Pizza Hut. So l scan the QR Code to place my order. Was pleased that l have a free Garlic Bread. Anyway, I have place ordered a new dish which l have tried before. Not too bad. Cause l loved the cereals. I am a cereal person. I have also ordered my favourite Hot Camomile Tea to go together with my dish. I am happy and contented with joy. The service staff was very helpful and courteous to all walk-in customers. Thank you very much for the good service rendered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ still taste as good as we remember.....the service is really great....said we had to wait 30 mins but it was nearly 20 mins and we got the 2 pizzas we ordered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch at Pizza Hut, their Satay pizza is really nice so is their waffle Choco malt ice cream.
And the person serves us is friend and accommodating too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a takeaway for dinner. As usual, this Pizza Hut branch was very busy. I waited for around half an hour for the pizza which is acceptable.
What was not too palatable was the staffs’ service. When I requested for some extra cheese, I was told curtly: “ Pizza Hut doesn’t provide cheese anymore. “ I think being in the service industry, maybe the staff should learn how to phrase such information to customers without sounding condescending to customers.
I think future customers to this branch would want to be more aware of the service level of this Pizza Hut branch.
Food wise it’s pretty decent. Just ignore the service for your takeaway.
