★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Pizza Hut HQ. Please educate your Branch Manager and team about customer experience, unless this isn’t part of your priorities and goals. I can totally understand and accept being advised the 40-min wait time upon ordering BUT found it appalling to have stood in front of the cashier counter and ignored for about 3 minutes until I asked if there was anyone to take orders, then being told they have too many orders and there’s a 40-min wait time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet looks pretty clean and staff are fast on their feet. Order is on time within 15 mins! And good customer service by the manager as well. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new Pizza Hut outlet just beside Bedok decathlon. Quite a spacious and new and clean dining area but nobody was there was I went. We placed our orders online and dropped by to pick up our own. Friendly staff were busy packing to-go orders. Although this is a proper restaurant, it seems like it’s more of a delivery outlet since there’s no one there but orders kept coming in. Everything is made to order, piping hot even after a ride home.
