Domino's Pizza

Placed an order at 18:21 for pizza pick up. Website shows no sign of delay while other branches shows that they will anticipate 40-50minutes of delays. When I go down to the shop for pick up at 18:50, they told me that the pizza will take another 30 minutes due to delayed orders with no apologies.

I am not quiet sure what am I feeling about this store... The first time I found this place becuase I wanted to do a hair cut, then I found it just nearby the hairbar. Then I went into the store, the waiter (worker) likes an Inidan at front desk asked my requirments. I am pretty sure I was speaking pretty native American English, but seems like she cannot understand what I mean. I ordered a personal size pizza and some additional beef, mushroom and pinapple. Finally, I paid about 11 SGD for the pizza. The second time I went to the store, the worker has been changed to another person, I cannot tell the worker is "she" or "he". There were a couple in front of me, it seems like they ordered online then pick up their orders there. And something were definitely went wrong, they didn't get what exactly they want. Then they were checking the items with the worker, and abviously, the worker cannot service them appropriately. Then turning to me, I ordered the same thing as I did the first time, the price become 10.49... The third time, same order, too. The price is 4.90... And the Indian folk were pretty sure about this when I requested him to check my order. I don't want to blame him even if he is not so good at service, even if he needs some help when he was dealing with my order. But, what can I say? What a surprise.... The workers there are not fixed, male and female. Somehow, I do believe the female which I met the first time is the "best" for service, at least she finally understand my request. However, those folks are absolutely not very professional of the service, I cannot imagine why we have so much trouble within talking... We both have to repeat something to make a good conversation... By considering that, I am not quiet sure I will go to this store for pizza order anymore... Tough experience...

Repeat customer for online takeaway orders. Used to take longer to complete order in the past (experienced waiting at the outlet for over 45min more than once despite indicated as 15min waiting time when ordering) but now they have become really very efficient. For recent orders it was stated as 45min waiting time during dinner hours but I still get to collect my food within 15min. Kudos to the team!

pizza delivery was late, missing drink, and worst, we found a blue glove in our pizza, send feedback to the company and they did not care at all. no replies and no apologies. disgusted and disappointed.

They don't deliver, they don't answer the phone. They seem like regular delivery scammers. I'm going to bring this issue up to the Domino headquarters officially. I'm going to bring this issue up in Singapore to the very end.

Ordered place online at 5.30pm on a Sunday is ready for pick up in 11min ahead of time. Pizzas are served hot and crispy. No issues faced.

Domino's has always been one of my fav pizza chains to patronise because they constantly have promotions and new flavours! This time around I tried the Quatro Fiesta pizza and i highly recommend everyone to try this out!! Maybe next time dominos can have an option to put 8 diff slices of different flavours to make up one whole pizza :)
