Purchased sofa from here. Very poor workmanship and customer support service, take your risk. Here's some context: - 1st delivery: Didn't bring the correct sofa legs for installation. - Next contact: After we QC ourselves. the quality on the L size sofa has a way larger gap than the others. Requested a fix, given a response from CS that they will arrange a senior to fix it. - 2nd delivery: Installer changed the sofa legs which previously left out. But totally not aware of the workmanship(gap) issue. - Contact CS on the spot, where is the senior, they totally forgot about it. We requested to send it back and rectify it. - Next contact: CS respond have to make a new sofa. take 1.5 months. After 1.5months - CS called to arrange, we reminded them please ensure the quality of the sofa. - 3rd delivery: New sofa came however, head rest not installed. - 4th delivery: Head rest came, have to install on site. Horrible organization based on experience till now. Few days after taking a sofa order (before delivery), salesperson started telling me that the sofa I ordered will not look nice. Told me on three separate occasions. When I asked to cancel the order he sent me to some customer service who has shown zero help at all. In multiple email exchanges, they keep sending same email that order cannot be cancelled. I have been asking to talk to some senior person who can understand what I am saying, just guided me to another salesperson. Even before I meet this second salesperson they are already telling me that the order will not be cancelled even after I meet him/her. Summary - Customer pays money, before delivery they tell you sofa is not going to be nice and we will not even cancel the order and you can't talk to someone senior to make a decision on this. Also, the attitude has been "do whatever you want".
