★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this outlet a few times. The first few trips were pleasant but my last 2 were so bad. Firstly, the coin machine dispenses less coin than what you expect to receive. Secondly, it always has some alien coins in it. The staff will show faces if you ask them to exchange. Today my child did not caught any toys out of the $10. This shop actually has the promotion stated if no toys were caught, they will give you one for FREE. The staff however was not please and stated we must inform them before hand, not just come to ask for it. Well, what I can say is, if you cannot fulfil what you promote, might as well don't do it in the first place. Having spending hundreds on your shop, this will be my last trip. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Christmas Promotion for 100 tokens, I was able to take out any amount of token previously less than 10 tokens but today the staff scolded me and say only allow to take out 10 min at a time, I feel unhappy and it spoiled my mood of playing and reduced my chance of winning immediately. Then one of the tokens cannot be used, I went back to the same staff to exchange, he gave me the face again and took the spoiled token from me as if I owed him money, I managed to catch a soft toy and when I try to exchange for a point, he gave me the face and attitude again. Total disappointing experience. I would say out of 4/5 staffs, only 1 treat you good and depending on their mood of the day. When I took less than 10 token previously from my acct they also warn me say easily used up or burn or I can't catch any toys. My motive is to collect the points but now I have to think again if I want to visit them again after my tokens are used up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just be polite to staffs and they will be mutually polite to you. Caught 4 toys with $30, 3 out of 4 toys are less than 3 tries each. Last toy ate so much coins because its a popular doraemon with a big heavy head.

One person running the whole shop and handling everyone changing toys, redeeming items, enquiries, refill toys, redeeming tickets and she was doing it all with a smile on her face even though the shop was so busy. My favourite go to play united outlet. Thumbs up to the staff working there.
