The food is great! The service is really lousy at yew tee point. The girl is very rude, impatience as if we are eating for free. I really enjoy the salad but at this point, I have second thoughts of going back bc of their attitude.

I get a large bowl about 3-5 times a week. Hope somebody will take note of this feedback before you lose a regular. First of all, quality of food is actually quite decent. It's a good alternative for those who enjoy salad regularly so thanks for that. But customer experience is TERRIBLE! I always complete my purchase with a sense of disappointment, looking at how stingy the staff is when filling up the bowl. Almost always the staff has to blatantly count the number of pieces of whatever ingredient I choose. This is not how you sell salad. The unfriendliness of the staff is also disappointing. At the very least, please stop chatting and focus on the customer when you are serving the customer! My last straw really was when the staff felt that she gave me too much peach fruit and decided to remove one slice of peach fruit from my bowl... one slice of peach fruit?! I'm probably gonna give the stall a few more tries to see if things improve before I stop buying. To be fair, not all staff are like that but I really have no control over who serves me. The team as a whole needs to look into this.

I have always been a regular customer, but never again because of the drastic portion reduction. The image you see is a $7.90 farm salad, and that is two servings of grilled chicken. It is just way too little.

We ordered to salads from this place. One was “Go Vegan” and the other “Garden Salad” Go Vegan: Corn, Brocolli, Tofu, Beans, shredded carrots, Lettuce, cherry tomato and sesame salad dressing Garden Sald: Pasta, black Olives, lettuce, tofu cranberries, pineapple and sesame soy salary dressing. It’s available on Grab for takeaway with a small delivery fee of about 3$. It may be pricey for the taste nevertheless a good option to consider.

2 times I purchase regular chicken caesar salad, and the portion given was pretty full. The greens are all fresh and they r quite filling.

I like the salads here. quality is good and I always eat here when i m in yew tee and frequently order using deliveroo. So i have 2 issues: 1. the staff at yew tee is very unfriendly and uncooperative. 2. if i order a lorge bowl where i have to add 2 proteins and i want to both of the proteins as egg, it is not possible on deliveroo.. like i m forced to choose 2 diff proteins. I have ordered from other salad shops on deliveroo and they do provide option to get same item twice. so pls help to improve this. Also, whenever i call the shop at yew tee to enquire, noone ever picks the call in business hours also.

Ingredients are often not fresh, can’t be I’m so lucky that every time I order, there’s one different ingredient that tastes sour? First the corn, then the chickpea, then the mushroom. Also the portion is so little. The greens are only enough to cover the base by one layer. Haiz, please someone take note of this business opportunity to oust this shop from Yew Tee. We need better salad options here!!

Absolutely terrible experience at the outlet in yew tee. Paid $6.80 for a 1/2 full regular bowl and the lady at the station kept on rushing me to choose my protein when she's barely done with scooping my second choice of ingredient. Pretty pathetic service, I'd say. Don't recommended this shop at all. Side note Stuff'd is right beside - perhaps they would offer more generous servings and professional service!
