β β β β β Buy deal from shoppee n went collect my sushi at northpoint n was told bottle drinks run out for the deal n if redeem now without drinks so i told rude aunty that i dun mind other drinks as i bought 2sets that comes with 4 drinks. She says no this is company policy so i told her will collect sushi now n drinks 2molo n she was rude again to tell me if come 2molo drinks finished is my issue.This is how sushi deli train their staff. Disappointed.1st time buy from sushi deli. Will not buy from them again as Sg hv alot other better sushi.

β β β β β Frequently visit ytp and occasionally buys sushi from sushi deli. Some of the staffs are quite rude but i usually brush it off as everyone is bound to have a bad day.
Went to buy sushi today and staff was busy talking to people at the Malay store. When I called for her attention, I got glared at. When she attended to me, she was really rude and sounded like she got forced to entertain me. Not the first time this have happened. Sushi doesnβt look and taste very fresh.
On top of that, sheβs also really loud. Could hear her very clearly from all the way at Liho. Waited for merely 5 min and my head started to hurt. Please train your staff on the proper way to act and serve customer thanks
