Clothes are of inferior quality. After 3 washes the zipper of my pants came loose.

The sales assistance is extremely rude. Visited this shop today 9 May 2019 evening about1840hrs, and my wife is in the fitting room while i go and choose and pick some dresses for her and try. When she open the curtain, i walk to pass the dresses to her and also gave comments to her the dress she was trying. She was in the first fitting room nearest to the entrance. The sale assistance came over and told me i cant be there as is a female only changing room. Who do not know is a female changing room when the whole shop only sells female clothing?? I told her ok and talk to my wife about the dresses i chose for her. The sales assistance immediately said, "leave now and i mean now". We left together my wife's mom and her friends which are tourist without buying anything. Apologise to them on Singapore shopping centre the sales assistance's attitute she displayed. Suggest to you that why not make the shop which only female can enter or place a security guard outside the fitting room?

Okay sizes and selection. Better then a few on the online shops I check out. Always better to try on clothes when possible and th price is right.

First visit to this outlet. The cashier didn’t ask me to check my purchase and I don’t even know I can check on the spot. The cashier only told me to go home and check, and if there’s anything, I can bring back for exchange. After I came home, I realized there’s a defect and called the outlet to ask them to reserve the size for me as I was worried it will go out of stock. The manager called and blame me for not checking like it’s my fault? I didn’t even blame them as I understand it was busy during that time. What kind of service is this? Also, the staff who picked up the call didn’t even communicate correctly to her manager. I told her I bought it today (at least twice) but she told her manager it was yesterday? I also told her the cashier didn’t ask me to check on the spot and it was a new piece in the plastic bag, she just handed everything to me because there’s customer waiting and I just left. I don’t think there’s a need to call me again to blame me for not checking on the spot. I’m the one who have to travel down again for exchange and I didn’t even blame them.
