★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle is good in handling pets. Summer is hard to manage when come to clipping of her nails but Kyle manage it well and do a good job. Knowing my own pet and not easily manage , but feel at ease when I hand to Kyle for grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went for a viewing appointment at the shop. The staff were really helpful and patient with my questions and allowed me to take my time to interact with the dogs (: could see that the puppies were in a very good and conducive environment too
