★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by the crew. Didn’t allow to make purchase via the POS system and made us order through the machine cos they were busy even though we wanted to use cash. While waiting for our order, she very rudely asked us to stand outside. Probably need to re-train service crew and their attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their assorted pearls flavors (I ordered the 3 pearls option) are interesting - chewy but not as soft and sweet as Chicha Sanchen’s. The staff recommended Taiwan milk tea. Overall, the boba drink tasted close to Winnie’s boba milk tea.

Update:
PlayMade reached out for a replacement drink and it was way better. The usual standard I am used to at other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a milk tea with less ice. The service staff added a full cup of ice. Cldnt fill it to the brim. Staff added more ice again. Took their own sweet time to chit chat. There are people who came 10 mins after me and still got their drinks before mine. Play made should really do some spot checks on this outlet. Absolutely poor.

Poor service management. Hope PlayMade management can take a look at this outlet.
The staff were talking loudly and shouting inside while preparing the drinks.
