Little Bear's House - Serangoon Garden Way

Place looks nice but a bit too restricted for the more active kids. Our 1,5 year old boy just jumped into the ball pit and started throwing some balls out. I was picking them up and told him not to do it but immediately was told that the balls should remain in there (oh really...). No problem in itself. However just at that moment our boy coughed. He often does especially when we come from 30+C outside to airconditioned room. He is not sick or anything and was checked several times at the doctor who confirms nothing in his lungs and definitely no Covid related symptoms. Was told he should wear a mask (sure, try putting a mask on a 1,5 year old active kid) or kindly leave before anyone might complain about him. After some discussion we could stay if we made sure he was not close to other kids. Fine. We did and he stopped coughing when he got acustomed to the airco anyway. However it spoiled our experience as we were afraid every time it looked like he might cough or take somewhere where it didn't belong. Kids should be able to play and explore freely without someone hovering over them every 5 seconds to make sure they stay exactly within strictly prescribed bounds.

Don't know how to describe but it's very perfect to me overall. Clean, tidy, the variety of toys, lots of space for the kids to move around, friendly staff and all the details there were so good. My kids love it so much. Never had they felt like that with all the tons of play areas we go to. Definitely going to be a regular here. Highly recommend. Its very worth to make the trip down there.

Nice a spacious place! Clean too! Brought my kids to play and we had lots of fun! Their toys are also of quality and there was lot of variety! There are nice sofa areas for mummy to sit and watch the kids explore the toys!

Had my son’s 5th birthday here recently, with 10 kids in total and their parents. It was the perfect venue. As a parent I barely had to do anything, the kids were so entertained by the indoor play area. We engaged a magician through the owner of Little Bear House and that turn out awesome too. The kids loved the magician! Great venue for a kid’s birthday party.

My friend & I went here for a playdate, 20 mins in my hives acted up as it was not clean and had dust here and there, my friend's kid went home and his hives also started. My kids had fun though, better to work on cleanliness in your space. Toys are everywhere. I guess its good for the kids not having to clean up haha. 3 stars because although its fun for the kids, its not very clean so dont feel so safe..

Was recommended by a buddy to visit this place and loved it so much we came back again. Front desk staff Akimi was professional and friendly. She helped us get settled in quickly. Toys are clean and of high quality. I also found time to get some work done in the many seating areas of the place. Looking forward to when we can have birthday parties here

Quite an experience with our little one. Recommended for kids between 2 to 4 years old. Place is pretty clean and bright. Carpark is free inside the landed estate. Situated right beside Serangoon gardens, Away from the usual busy places within shopping malls.

The shop is quite spacious but not suitable for active child to run around because of toys laying around. Might get injure. Agree with one of the comment saying this place is not for active child, it’s meant for intellectual simulation. The price is reasonable and given a timeframe of 2 hours is more than enough. For parent, might get sleepy because of the comfortable sofa :) Overall it is a nice place to spend time with your loved one. ?
