Name of staff: Nabilah She is a really helpful and cheerful staff. I had queries about membership and she explained the steps patiently. My son had a very fun time today.

Been a few years since I last brought my kids to this T-Play Indoor playground and I must admit that the place is still very well maintained as compared to other indoor playgrounds I've been to. Their staffs are still so alert, energetic and helpful to kids and customers in their facilities. This is one of the favorite indoor playground which upkeep their standard of cleanliness, professionalism, keeping their play area and equipments in tiptop condition.

Been a member with them for years now. Never failed to provide excellent customer service since day one. Whenever we encountered issues with booking, the staffs attended to us patiently despite their busy schedules. Thus we don't mind travelling here from Northeast. Price is pocket friendly if you are both HomeTeamNS and T-Play member, even during Peak Hours. The staffs are kids friendly too. Today's staffs, Haikal & Jasmine interacted well with our kids. Haikal played catching with the kids in the playground. The kids really enjoyed themselves today. Thanks Haikal & Jasmine! ?

Updating this review when we manage to get in! Still unable to get a slot! Managed to get slots since opening hours are short. Place is often not crowded so it’s great for toddlers learning to walk and climb and play in a safe environment. The slides may be designed for older kids so parents of toddlers should take care to use as toddler can knock the back of the head against the slide.

The indoor playground facility is clean and huge and safe for my child to explore independently. She enjoyed herself thoroughly and was engaged with all the play areas. There was even a craft session for the kids to participate in. All in all I highly recommend all families to bring their children to play here, there are also bean bags for parents to just sit and chill on.

Came here a few times over years. Glad to see the place is well maintained. Nice place for kids to play. There are restaurants as well within Home Team NS complex if you feel hungry after bringing the kids here.

My nephew enjoyed his time here and I’m happy for it. Not sure if anyone from the management side is going to take this feedback but here it is: 1. It’s hot and humid. Literally can’t feel a single cool air from any air-conditioners. There’s only large industrial fans around the area and even inside the play area itself. Been seeing others saying the same thing as well.. you should really change or do something about the air-conditioners, kids are sweating and turning red everywhere. It’s bad. The one in Khatib has better air-conditioners tbh. 2. Plastic balls.. can tell they’re unclean. It’s super sticky and dusty. Same goes for the building blocks. 3. Supervision. It was mentioned that only one person at a time at the trampoline area. But there were nearly 5 kids bouncing together. Like, what’s the point of setting rules yet no staff is there to supervise. Khatib does a better job at it.. their staff will walk around around and even interact with the kids there. I will come back for sure because my nephew’s happiness comes first. But would really like to see improvement as well as better air-conditioning.
