As I was mostly spending my time on studying, I didn't had enough time to have a proper set of exercise. After having some lessons with my coach, Chris and Sam, I became healthier by just spending 2hours in a week. It was really helpful for me as a student.

As I am often busy working from home, the last thing I want to do is to travel to a gym and travel back home again. Pleasant Coaching has been very professional in helping me with my fitness goal assigning Grace and Sam to help me in boxing and also lean muscle building, we would often train in an open space and also the condo gym. Chris the fitness nutritionist would be watching after my nutrition to optimise my fitness recovery and overall health. Thanks guys

I have signed up with Pleasant Coaching for two years straight now to train me in my condo. My goal from the start was to build muscle and learn boxing and Muay Thai, and it has been going great. I have improved so much on my punching and kicking techniques, and in applying the small details in resistant training, my cardiovascular level has also improved tremendously, and my fat% has dropped by 15%

Pleasant Coaching helps me to improve my lifestyle. My personal coach, Chris, gives me more substantial ideas on how to do an effective exercise having a discipline diet. It is tough, yet it takes to hands to clap. He is very hands on checking on a weekly basis my progress given that I have to deal with my busy schedule. haha! Kudos to Chris for being patient!

I was looking for a personal boxing trainer and found Pleasant Coaching online and signed up with Chris for home sessions. These sessions have become one of my best cardio workouts. Chris takes great pride in his profession. He caters his training style to my abilities and makes sure that while I get a good workout, I am also having fun. Thank you Chris.

My husband and I, in our sixties, decided to engage Chris as our personal trainer mainly for strength and weight bearing exercises. We looked forward to every training session as Chris is very knowledgeable and taught us the various exercises which include shoulders, back, hands, legs and core. Chris could also easily identify our weaknesses and work on them promptly. Though it was only a 10 session program which we signed up for, we could see improvements in our strength even before the end of program. I have done weight lifting for a period of 5 years and I wasn't progressing in terms of building lean muscles. Grace has been really helpful with planning a new program for me and helped me to breakthrough plateau. I have built more lean muscles now and feel healthier thanks to some of the nutrition adjustments with Chris. Grace and Chris has been very professional with their way of conducting their sessions and follow up.

Chris has been very good personal trainer, he acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses and from there he will come up to a flexible routine which I find really helpful. Session with him is always interesting, he will exert extra mile just to meet the client needs. I understand more the importance of healthy eating plus a good and proper exercise.
