Wonderful Experience for sure. Back injury was causing me pain in my daily life. Option Pilates have helped me regain a stronger core, better posture and best of all muscular endurance and strength ! Thank you team!

Lovely studio. Good management and ease of booking a trial lesson. However they have one or two student type instructors taking trials for private lessons. Also a bit pushy to promote private lessons when one can clearly join the group sessions. Also she push to buy 10!! Seems a bit unfair to pay the same rate for the inexperienced instructors as i would for someone else at the same level with more experience. Wish they gave a discount for the new instructors like the other studios do

Lovely airy studio with excellent equipment. Jean was knowledgeable and skilled at getting me to do all the exercises… and knew when I was cheating!! I left feeling stronger and empowered to improve my body. Looking forward to my next session.

Absolutely mismanaged studio. Friday morning I counted atleast 22 people in the studio. No safe distancing and everyone is packed close together so that our arms and legs touch almost. Even the instructor was a bit confused about which equipment to use cause there were so many people alr. Everyone was packed close together. We couldn’t hear a thing because it was so noisy and stuffy. To top it all, the admin people make jokes and laugh loudly and add to the noise. When we give feedback the customer care person is so dismissive and condescending. If they don’t want our business we’re happy to take it elsewhere.

The studio is bright but a bit noisy and it's very uncomfortable to have people standing outside the studio and watching everyone exercising. I got a trial with an instructor who seemed very new and also not very capable or fit. Trial instructors apparently are assigned at random. She kept telling me what not to do rather than what to do. I saw many other instructors around teaching who seemed so much better than the one I got. Manager also keep showing rates for private classes as well when I clearly walked in for a trial for group classes. There is no personal touch. It was a very distracting experience.

I have been a part of the options family for a long time. I have attended private and group sessions and used to look forward to all my classes. Sadly the management of the studio has changed lately. As a client I don’t feel respected anymore and all my feedback and of the other clients are not taken seriously. Nor is our safety. The new studio is big but so unwelcoming. The white lights are harsh, the mirror serves no purpose, the machines are not branded and are so unsafe that screws fall off during the exercise and straps come loose. There is no ventilation, the studio smells and people walking by outside stand and stare at you. And strangely the package rates have been rising. Who would pay a lot of Money to work out on non stott machines in a harsh environment. Being long time clients we gave them time to sort out the initial moving phase but it has been three months with no changes. And I’m sorry to say I shall not be back after my package expires. And it is sad because they have some really nice instructors. I enjoyed my time earlier but it no longer works for me or my friends.

Awesome instructors, especially Sharon! Truly enjoyed her teaching. Professional, great wealth of experience, knowledgeable, precise and clear. Highly recommend to all serious Pilates practitioners aspiring to be future trainers.
