★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking company to deal with. Rude, unresponsive and fail to understand customers needs. Move house; move contract; add on 2 units top up (3 units to 5 units). November 3rd initial contact. 29th Jan arrived for job and still only did 3 units!
Cavy is really unprofessional and should be avoided at all cost. If you want your business to succeed, then you must remove her.
Loyal customer of 5 years and this is how you treat them! Totally shocking.
Ground staff are really friendly but no support from office whatsoever.
I recommend you avoid for an easier life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a system 3 air-con at the above location. Ms Katherine Lee who was on duty provided me with a range of air-con suitable for hdb dwellers and have even explained to me the terms and conditions checklist before confirming on my purchased.
Katherine has done a good job by going through the whole sequence starting from site survey, installation till warranty registration with the assurance of contacting her if encounter with any issue. Thus, not only is she professional but knowledgeable as well. My compliment to her. Thank you.

On installation day, the engineers were on time and also experienced in planning of pipe routings. Overall positive experience and would engage them for their services again.

They are highly organised in rendering their services. Kyle has been very helpful and responsive to make all the necessary arrangements efficiently. Selvam, the engineer came to the unit to study on the best way to run the cable and trunking and advised accordingly. Ali, the installer did a very good job. His finished work was not only neat but a display of good knowledge in carrying out the installation. Their services and works are highly commendable and much appreciated.
