โ โ โ โ โ Waited for 3h just to see the doctor even though there were only 5 people before me. The doctor misdiagnosed my condition and said I had eczema when it was a completely different skin issue (folliculitis). I discovered it only after I went to see a skin specialist! Not only that, the doctor kept trying to sell me other irrelevant products like vitamins and creams that I didn't need. I was very disappointed in the service. I understand this wasn't the usual doctor, but I didn't expect such non-professional behaviour. Visit at your own risk.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Dianne's medication is alright and kind of help a little with my allergic problem. But it's not long term. But she doesn't really listen to me when I explained my reactions , lack of empathy there.
Plus, you need to come and take number in advance a day before.
Clinic closed at 2pm, but I called in to take number earlier 1ish due to work and they told me to come still because they allow. Once I reached, they closed everything and insisted for me to wait till 2pm.
If you could just inform me to come at 2pm I wouldn't waste a trip here and can choose another day!

My skin got significantly worse after seeing this clinic and when I called back to check if I could get another consultation, the lady informed me that I would have to pay the charges regardless if I travelled down to get them to FIX WHAT THEY DID.
I paid $160 for consultation and a prescription that only exacerbated my condition. The best solution the lady who attended to my call was for me to maybe come in and see the other doctor who may or may not give a better consultation.
Please, if you actually want to fix your skin, just do yourself a favour and get an appointment for NSC. I came here because of hearsay but this place honestly deserves the low rating on Google.

โ โ โ โ โ Rush from work to send my helper for skin issue.. when there at 4pm. They all stop me and said today full book. And I ask, them how about your 8pm clinic.. they all told me. We close.. I will stop visit punggol clinic. Since young my mum use to send me there. But now no more go there anymore.. do change your time so people know.. u all think we work at your clinic..

Clinic does not spell out the prescription clearly in receipt. Not too sure if you guys also find suspicious.
Don't waste your precious time, please

โ โ โ โ โ the waiting time was super long, waited 3 hours plus just to see a doctor. there were around 14 people ahead of me. the waiting time for medication was very very long. the medication did helped with my acne so i decided to go back see the doc again but the waiting time was soooo freaking long

โ โ โ โ โ I was late by 1 patient and the nurse put me by 5 patients later. If I did not follow up, I do not know how much longer I will need to wait. It was an hour of waiting when my hubby actually make a trip from Pasir Ris to get a Q number at 8:30 am. I would considered as bad customer service.
