★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chester Lan is a very accommodating and a very patient doctor who listens to your problem and explain it making sure that you understand. I am very glad that Dr Chester handle my awkward and senitive issue in a professional manner. After post surgency, he is also very accommodating to urgent visit and address my issue immediately. It was very comfortable for me to discuss my medical issue and doubts with him. He will make sure to break the ice with his patient so that we can comfortably talk to him. He has my respect!
Not forgetting his assistance, they are friendy and professional. Thay able to handle so many patients request at one go. Which shows that Chester and his team are excellent in their services and knowledges!
I highly recommend Dr Chester Lan and his clinic for his good natured professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to compliment on DTAP Kovan clinic assistants, Yvonne and Freya. They have provided one of the best services I have recieved thus far. Honestly, I was astonished by how they professionally handled their customer from the point, one step foot into the clinic and exit. Besides that, they have an enormous knowledge on the medical field. With such knowledge, they are able to value add to the customer queries. I would love to call them a customer service specialist. Overall, much appreciated to both these young ladies for the excellent service provided.
Good job to Yvonne and Freya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment on a Sunday for the following afternoon and confirmed by a phone call and SMS by the friendly staff next morning. Dr Edwin Ong was knowledgeable, patient, and skilled in performing an electrocautery procedure for a skin issue and made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process. The whole visit took just 30 minutes and fees were very reasonable compared to specialist clinics at private hospitals and medical centers. Dr Edwin also asked what wound creams I had at home so I didn't have to spend unnecessary money. This is one of the best clinics I've been to in terms of service, quality of care and patient management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nervous and awkward experience for me in the first place but thanks to Dr. Chester Lan who is a very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable doctor that will listen to your problems and always patiently answer to my queries and reassure me.
I’m grateful that he was the doctor that attend and treat me. I have all my doubts cleared by him and i’m really comfortable to discuss and consult all with him.
I highly recommend Dr. Chester Lan, thanks Dr. Chester :D!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced GP with service/advice worse than a GP.
Went for a first visit to enquire on some symptoms and was told to do a test before further advice can be given. No useful diagnosis or explanation was provided except answering some of my questions. To put things into perspective, total cost from this visit: $62 for <10mins of consultation and $280 for a urine test which could be done at a mere fraction of the cost elsewhere.
Essentially, highly NOT RECOMMENDED as better value and service quality can be gotten from a legit specialist/urologist at the same price point.
