This place is a rare gem of a clinic. Dr Ng is a friendly and professional doctor, who will take the time to diagnose your condition during your consultation. This is in contrast to most GPs spending only one minute seeing and sending you on your way. The ladies at the counter were patient and professional too. You can be ensured that you will receive due medical attention here.

Professional and helpful team. Was there a few weeks ago and observed some negative remarks from some patients that were inappropriate. The healthcare sector is overwhelmed so can empathise with the operations during peak period. Appreciate the service and attention

Very poor crowd management and obvious lapse of COVID protocols. Went down to see the doctor for throat infection and didn't expect to queue outside the clinic for an hour before being called in for registration. There were many patients outside, either queuing or walking around to wait for medication. Several of them were coughing and was tested positive for COVID, no precaution to separate them from the rest queueing outside. Furthermore, the nurses took their own sweet time to prescribe the medication, waiting on average more than 45 minutues. Imagine the amount of exposure to the virus for the patients queueing outside! What's more disastrous is the ART was tested in a room at the back of the clinic, no sanitisation was done in the room and I was brought in with another patient just finished testing, his ART left on the table waiting for the results. It was to my horror that the patient was positive, the nurse just came in using the same pair of gloves to do my test without sanitising. My results was negative as expected, but given this ordeal, I know I am definitely exposed. And yes the next day evening I developed symptoms and I tested myself, results came positive. Definitely won't recommend this clinic, visit them only if you want to get COVID.

terrible staff at the counter. Aged around 40-50, an auntie at the counter. Was being extremely rude. I asked for the directions to the toilet loud and clear. Got ignored the first time. Asked again and her reply was 'oh ok'. Highly discourage visiting this clinic as the queue system is terrible as well, as I had ti queue outside the clinic for about an hour with a poster pasted on the glass door 'QUEUE TO SEE DOCTOR'. Doctor was also rude as well. Do yourself a favour and dont visit this place.

One of the earliest clinic to open, and cater to the large senior population. The only clinic that practice queue skipping and prioritize all other age group over my young toddler at 2years old having fever and cough; this is on the nurses. Doctor we saw was good and patient, and able to give good advice. Collection of medication is very slow, and again prioritized other age group. No paywave, so prepare cash or pay lah or pay now. In conclusion, I made a mistake to bring infant to see this doctor, we thought their opening hours can get us medicine faster. Reached 8am, collected medicine at 10am. (Edit) thinking back, I wonder why the doctor ask for PCR and ART for my 2 year old. I just visited another clinic, doctor only ask for ART. wonder why.

Pleasant visit as always! Dr Ng's compassionate demure, really calms your nervousness. He is attentive and asks appropriate questions on your condition and provides professional advise. Real amazing service at such affordable price. As many have said, it's hard to find another clinic like such ??
