Even simple instructions cannot understand and follow.Order wanton soup become fried wanton and soup need extra 20Β’ awared that is a franchise shop and soup is chargeable. The outlet looks no hygiene standard and inside kitchen no clean. Will not visit again. Extremely bad experience

β β β β β Had a really mood-ruining and bad experience here at Graffiti Cafe, Nex (selling Pontian Wanton noodles). Staff was extremely rude. I bought a bowl of noodles for takeaway and requested for them to separate the fried wantons as it would be soggy (I was buying for someone else and it might take awhile). She immediately responded (without even looking at me) and said βno, you bought too little, cannot put separatelyβ in chinese. I had to buy more fried wantons to warrant the use of the paper bag that they readily gave after. I really wouldnβt patronise this stall again and wouldnβt recommend anyone else to do so.

β β β β β Horrible, mask off staff!!! when i went to collect my noodles, she took off her mask and made snide remarks at me! Should have taken a photo or video of her mask off at work and talking, except i was in shock. Cos i didn't do anything, she is not the one that took the order, presume she works in the kitchen. Won't ever eat at this outlet again, am not angry at the poor thing, just don't go near her negative energy

I went on a morning, ordered a noodles combo, wonder if so early the red bean soup is ready.
So I ask: Is the red bean soup available?
She reply: Tsk, open shop means we have everything la!
OMG this is SO RUDE!!!
I WONT GO BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!

β β β β β Sesame Ah Boling is our all time fave dessert in this place, freshly made and you need to wait around 5-7 mins for them to prepare it, it's just the sweetness of the ginger soup can be lessen or you can just ask them hot water anyway. The wanton noodle & pulut hitam are yummy too!
What can I say about this place is that sometimes they're really packed and the used plate/bowl/cup mostly left on the table for a long time.
The ambience of this place is okay. I wish this place has a brighter interior, nevertheless the staffs are friendly and fast in service.

β β β β β looking for a quick affordable fix for lunch & went to this store. bought a set A and set B respectively at 6.50 each consisting of noodles, soup, drink/dessert. normal tasting noodles, soup was alright great but felt my drink (water chestnut) a lil sweet, otherwise is fine. not fussy, had my meal & left.

Delicious mix of black sauce and chilli sauce. Texture of noodles is just perfect for the sauce.
