Valerie the groomer is good at grooming small dogs like poodle or maltese. She is also gentle with them.

My dogs were infected with ticks from this shop. Even after their supposedly complimentary de ticking, my dogs are still infested which had spread into our home. We weren't even compensated for our vet fees or the inconvenienced of cleaning, vacuuming, steaming & washing of our beds, sofas etc. In fact, the shop had e audacity to charge us $70 to shave down our pets. Never again will we send our dogs there. Irresponsible shop owners!!!

Brought my Pomeranian to groom at poochimage. Jason is very thoughtful and did a v good job w the grooming n dental scaling. My pom loves going to this place for grooming and I love how cute she always look after her grooming session!! Thank u!!

When I called the salon up a few weeks ago , a very attentive gentleman returned my call and we had a very pleasant conversation over 15 minutes about grooming my cat . He assured me that he was an expert and knew what to do. he gave me many assurances and even explained the packages he had at hand. When my appointment finally arrived which was today, I was met with a very different persona . first of all, he was late and when I waited for him because I wanted to discuss the hairstyle as he promised over the phone, he simply listened for a minute and whisked her in. he was very rough with my cat , impatient and snapped at me , and even wanted to charge me extra $30 for my cat because she was doing somersaults during the grooming. The cat was poorly groomed and the tail was not even done properly so I asked him to do so. he whisked her in again roughly, I caught him pushing her down a few times , once by the ear. Visibly angry when questioned, he raised his voice calling me paranoid , unreasonable and that he was scratched by my cat. that he was not there to provide consulting as he was not a vet . (Really didn’t understand his line of argument there...) And I should be thankful that he didn’t give up halfway , like other pet shops. I never raised my voice and was just puzzled why he was so angry. Completely zero for customer service and minus 10 for over promising . But seriously I am just puzzled why he was the angry one when I should be the upset one. Done by senior pet stylist too, Melvin something PS Maybe just don’t do cats if you don’t have the expertise as claimed

Had a great experience with them! All the groomers were very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. They were really patient with my dog too. Pooch image is also very transparent with their pricing and the rates were very reasonable!

I have been taking my miniature schnauzer there since she was a puppy (4+ years). Great service provided by the staffs and my dog actually looks forward going to the pet salon! April would struggle and yelp whenever I tried trimming her nails but she never seemed bothered at all when its done by the groomer (Jason & Valarie). They even gave April a toy as a gift for her birthday! Price wise I think its competitive most importantly I feel is a positive & pleasant experience for my dog.

Just got my puppy 3 months ago so i decided to try out a few groomers until I find the most comfortable one for him. This is the 2nd grooming place that i decided to try based on their popularity and I sent my 6 months old puppy for full grooming. When i text the place, the groomer was very friendly and accomodating to my timeslot. I find the place very friendly and even offered to explain to me about styling for my puppy and asked me for a photo of how i want my dog to look like, explaining to me the possible looks based on my puppy hair type. However, i was disappointed when i receive him after the grooming. My puppy nails were bluntly cut with some layers peeling off the nails and sharp. I told the groomer and he just laugh and say it's nothing to worry about then he came over to file all his nails. Also, one nail was bleeding and the groomer told me it's common for nails to bleed as they try to cut as short as possible and he returned with a powder to help stop the bleeding. I was quite annoyed cux he wouldn't be filing or treating his wounds if i never check him. Groomer just commented to me that my puppy is too playful when they are trimming his fur and cutting his nails. He added that puppy needs to learn from all these. I don't understand if this is normal for dogs to experience these at grooming place but I blame myself for changing groomer as my previous groomer has no such issue. Just sharing my experience for my visit at this place and probably will return to my 1st groomer.
