Visited to try out another fast food chain. A relatively small outlet with limited seating. Order machines available outside. A bit difficult to use and not so clear for those visiting first time. Ordered the Cajun Burger combo, that comes with a side and drink. Sides can include normal fries, mashed potato or Cheese Fries. Drinks are the usual Pepsi, iced Milo, etc. Price $7.50. Didn't have to wait long for order to be served, which was in boxes. Interior is nice and has a funky look, especially with the colour Orange used for walls, etc. Towards the end corner there are various slogans and 'logos' of the chain (Louisiana). Fries (Cajun fries) were okay and reasonable. Nothing spectacular. The burger hit the mark. Tomato, chicken, and a special sauce made it quite tasty... A bit small for the price paid but it's good to try it out. This is what happens when you don't try the things that are famous from the outlet.... This case was chicken, not burger. A lot of Grab deliveries going in and out. Reasonable (bit expensive) pricing on the whole.

Improve your service efficiency first before all your promotion. I made an advance order through the app at 4.30pm and the outlet accept my order 5mins later but the food they prepare 6.55pm which I end up having to wait for the order to be prepared. There is no point in advance order or using the app since the outlet is overwhelming with order.

I watched a YouTuber do a mukbang on Popeyes in America last night so I got the urge to buy Popeyes for lunch here at Tampines branch. The server didn’t serve us the Cajun burger that we pay for and the fries are very soggy unlike the branch I try in Bugis, the mash potato is not even half filled, and the sweet biscuit is supposed to be sweet but bland, pale and solid rock hard with no sign of honey coating. And the garlic rice is overcooked, hard and bland as well like solid rock.

Visited on 8 Jul evening. Quality of food has greatly improved - the chicken, mash, biscuit was still warm, crisp and moist when I reached home about 30 mins later. Thomas who was packing the food was meticulous and checked my order for me before packing them. Appreciate him going the extra mile.

10 pieces chicken had half or more chicken wings! Order was horrendous, 8 mild 2 spicy became 2 mild 8 spicy. Kids had a really bad time.

Wanted to get just 1 mash potato takeaway. there wasn't queue at the counter when i walked in. The gentleman refused to take my order and insisted me to use the kiosk. Like really? Restaurant not busy at all.

Came here due to the promotion offered by the 42race app, it's an app that offers some discount if you run/walk for x km sponsored by dbs bank i think. Bit irony but anyways.. Ok food to be honest is average only. The discount was decent from $14+ down to $8.20 however my fiancée feels 2* only. I personally give respect to this outlet because they do hire.. and is compassionate. You will get what I mean if you visit, cheers. Remember respect.

Ordered dinner delivery on 9 Apr 2022.. the spicy cajun chicken burger meal comes with coleslaw and whipped potato.. its really satisfying to the tummy ?
