β β β β β Am disappointed with the standards at this outlet. Received lukewarm chicken wings and cold soggy fries today. Sauce was also super salty. Chicken skin was hard and tough. Iβve had many great meals at the Four Fingers at Somerset and Plaza Singapura! Chicken and fries there were always done just right: hot and crispy

β β β β β Each time I pick up my food here, there is always, always an error with the order. One of these will always happen:
-Fries missing
-one item totally missed out
-I ordered soy chickens for kids. They wrongly gave spicy chicken instead.
-I even had one order of chicken meals, and they gave me 2 mineral water only! (why would someone order and pick up 2 mineral water from 4fingers? There is a convenience store for that, duh)
When I point out the mistake to the crew, their reaction is either mild suspicion or nonchalance. Unbelievable.
If you are ordering from this branch, do check your orders carefully before you leave.

They manage to forget my and another order. Make sure to ask after some time to confirm it's still there. Monster tower is nice.

Ordered drumsticks and tofu box.
The Tofu rice box without the TOFU!!!
Tried the drumsticks rice box for the first time in mid 2020, it was quite good. Tried again in end March 2021, feel standard drop so much.
The chicken drumsticks is small, dry and hard.
So little seaweed. So Disappointed!
Not worth the price for a rice box.

Overall is bad dining experience.

β β β β β Lady at counter was fantastic. Service with a smile. I asked her for recommendations and she was very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions. The food was of course delicious. Love the crispy wings and Kimchi fries.

β β β β β Their salsa wrap set taste ok but found the chicken have quite number fat inside. Pandan rice set taste alright for my hubby but he commented the sauce kinda of spicy. Their hash brown are best full and firmed with potatoes not oily
